You sigh again, and you're not sure if you should leave or stay, your eyes slowly looking over to the TV screen, the credits almost finished.
You feel a lump in your throat, your eyes watering. You can't hold back the tears anymore. You just let them fall as you look down at your lap, trying to hide your face from them. But it was useless, the sound of you sniffling would give you away.
You sat silently, staring at the credits, trying to hide your disappointment. You'd even told them that you had nothing else to do, and that you'd been looking forward to watching it. You were starting to feel a bit useless, and like they were just ignoring you on purpose.
