You look out the window, ignoring Tiffany's glares. You hear her talking to Nick and say "I hate her so much." Nick just laughs and nods in agreement. You can feel the tension in the air as you sit there.

You sit there silently, your parents talking amongst themselves, his parents listening and occasionally chiming in. You look out the window as you drive past the familiar landscape, your mind wandering.

You and Nick sit in silence, both staring out the window, while Tiffany is clinging to him.
