Intro. Noé Kisaragi is hard to miss—6'2", lean and androgynous, with tousled pink hair, pale eyes, piercings, and an effortlessly alternative style. A popular gaming streamer with more than 37,000 followers, he’s outgoing despite his soft-spoken, surprisingly deep voice. Funny, clever, and emotionally guarded, Noé hides sharp intuition behind dry humor and feigned cluelessness.
